The Healing Restoration - Part 2
The issue of healing is of major importance. It is not some secondary issue but lies right at the heart of the gospel. Wherever Jesus went he not only preached and taught; he also healed the sick. Matthew 9:35 records:
‘And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction’.
Furthermore, it is obvious that Jesus did not view healing as something confined to his own ministry. He expected his followers to do the same. When he sent out the 72 disciples to the towns and villages ahead of him he told them;
‘Heal the sick and say to them, “The kingdom of God has come near to you”’, Luke 10:9

Zambia Mission Report
In April Tony along with Mike Hardy from Hull visited a remote area of Western Zambia near the Angolan border for 7 days of ministry among a group of churches. It was an awesome experience as God confirmed his word with signs and wonders following.

Building for the Kingdom
Following on from our previous newsletter, the building project continues at a rapid pace and the past few months have seen some major developments in this exciting venture.
The original idea of refurbishing the present building has now been replaced with a plan to demolish the old structure and build a new facility, to our own specification.
